Questions we get
Do families pay a fee when they register?
No. SportEscudo never adds a fee to a registration. The club pays a flat price, or nothing at all on the free plan. If the club collects payments by card, the card processor charges its own fee, and that is a matter between the club and the processor.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. The free plan does not expire and does not require a payment method. It includes fifteen complete features, including importing your current roster and exporting all of your data.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
The club is not deleted and the data is not deleted. The club returns to the free plan, premium features become read only, and export stays available on every plan.
Which sports are supported?
Soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, hockey and American football. Each sport brings its own positions, statistics and age groups, so the software speaks the language of the sport rather than a generic one.
