Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern the use of SportEscudo, operated by CLWS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating a club, you agree to them on behalf of that club.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you create a club, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free. It is not a trial, it does not expire, and it does not require a payment method.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe. We never charge your families a fee on their registrations. Any card processing fee charged by a payment provider is a matter between the club and that provider.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time. Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.

When a paid plan ends, your club is not deleted and your data is not deleted. The club returns to the free plan. Features beyond the free plan become read-only, and export remains available.

Your data

Your club owns its data. We claim no ownership of it. We use it to operate the service, to keep it secure, and to comply with the law.

You may export your data at any time, on any plan.

What clubs are responsible for

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, for obtaining the consents they need from families, and for complying with the rules of any governing body they belong to.

Where the platform displays information about the rules of a governing body, such as limits on pitch counts, that information is provided for convenience and the club remains responsible for compliance. Rules change, and the governing body's published rules always prevail.

Acceptable use

Do not use SportEscudo to publish unlawful content, to harass anyone, to attempt to access another club's data, or to disrupt the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and we back it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes carry a new effective date and are announced in the application before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
